Amy Bonczyk and Dr Debbie Scott appointed to RICS President’s Panel of Adjudicators

Congratulations to MCMS’s Amy Bonczyk and Dr Debbie Scott on their recent appointments to the RICS President’s Panel of Adjudicators, a well-deserved recognition of their professionalism and contribution to construction and dispute resolution.

Amy Bonczyk has more than 15 years of industry experience as a QS, quantum expert witness and adjudicator. She is already on various panels, including the CIArb Presidential Panel, UK Adjudicators Panel, and both the CIC Presidential and Low Value Disputes Panel, and her appointment to the RICS Panel further reinforces her expertise and reputation in quantum matters and dispute resolution.

Dr Debbie Scott is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the ICE, and Fellow of CIArb, with over 30 years’ experience in civil and geotechnical engineering and construction law. She is also on several panels, including the Institution of Civil Engineers, CIArb Presidential Panel, UK Adjudicators, and both CIC and CIArb Low Value Dispute Panels, and is widely recognised for her work as an adjudicator and expert witness in complex technical disputes.

Their inclusion on the RICS President’s Panel not only reflects their individual expertise, but supports and promotes the future generation of female adjudicators and dispute resolution professionals.
